Job Description

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Sushi Assistant for our Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Head of Sushi in making makis and uramakis.
Complying with times and standards.
Using kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Ensuring the cleanliness of surfaces and containers.
Working in an orderly, fast and detailed manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Dynamic profile.
Speed, organization, initiative and professionalism.
Positive attitude and commitment are indispensable.
